Managing Director of NASUVINSA (Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda S.A.)
The Board of Directors of Navarra de Suelo y Vivienda, S.A. public company, appointed Alberto Bayona López as the new Managing Director on the 30th December 2019. He was proposed for the post by the Vice-President and Regional Minister of Territorial Planning, Housing, Landscape and Strategic Projects of the Government of Navarra, José María Aierdi.
Born in Logroño in 1974. Between 2010 and 2019, Mr. Bayona was Director of the Housing Area of Nasuvinsa, prior to which he held the position of Organisation, Systems and Processes Area Director between 2014 and 2016.
He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Navarra (1999) and a Master’s in Business Administration-Executive awarded by the Foro Europeo Escuela de Negocios de Navarra.
With extensive professional experience, he has worked in both the public and private sectors. Between 2000 and 2009, he managed his own architectural firm, with a multidisciplinary professional team specialised in the drafting and execution of residential projects, as well as in carrying out feasibility studies in the real estate sector, among other.
He then continued his professional activity in the public company Vinsa, now Nasuvinsa, after their merger in 2011.
