Founding partner of Pich-Aguilera Arquitectos. Barcelona

Architecture graduate in 1984 from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Together with Teresa Batlle Pagès, he founded the Pich-Aguilera architectural firm.

Within his own firm and throughout his professional career, he has endeavoured to incorporate aspects of environment awareness and building energy efficiency into architectural projects, as well as the reflection on and transformation of current construction processes towards building sustainability and industrialisation. To meet these objectives, he carries out research, innovation and development projects (R&D&I).

In 2012 the firm expanded to Monterrey in Mexico, and in 2022 to Madrid.

Founding member of the Green Building Council Spain, and creator of the Chair of Industrialisation and Environment at the UIC, he has received numerous awards, as well as the publication of his works and research.
