1991-2003. Municipal Architect of La Palma del Condado region. Director of work for the new Land-use Plan (PGOU). Drafter of plans, urbanisation and public building projects.
2003-2023. Head of the Huelva technical department of The Housing and Building Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA). Technical manager of land development and subsidised housing. Drafter and director of energy rehabilitation projects for Public Housing groups (VPP).
