Managing Director of The Housing and Building Rehabilitation Agency of Andalusia (AVRA)
Degree in Building Engineering by the Camilo José Cela University, Technical Architect by the University of Seville, Master’s Degree in Integral Building Management and Safety by the University of Granada.
As well as his experience in building management within the private sector, he is a civil servant of Granada City Council.
Vice-president of the Spanish Association of Public Housing and Land Managers, AVS. Member of the Andalusian councils of tourism, urban planning, social economy and social services; as well as a representative within the general board of the Andalusian logistics network.
He is co-author of several publications on building renovation, building management and accessibility, supported by the General Council for Technical Architecture of Spain (CGATE).
