Research carried out within the TEP-130 group “Architecture, Heritage and Sustainability: Acoustics, Optics, Lighting and Energy”, focusing on two fields: architectural acoustics in relation to the recovery and enhancement of the cultural heritage of religious spaces; and environmental conditioning, a twofold focus on rehabilitation and heritage: the first revealing the methodological approach of modern projects towards the environment, the link between architecture, environment and climate; and the second, focused on energy rehabilitation, improving environmental quality and comfort conditions of the current building stock.
