SUBMIT A PAPER

Participation in the conference will be welcomed through oral presentations or posters.

Conference official languages are Spanish and English, abstracts will be accepted in either language.

Authors must send abstracts of their papers in English or Spanish, for peer review evaluation by the Scientific Committee. The Microsoft Word template provided for said abstract in the chosen language - English or Spanish - must be used.

Papers and communications must be submitted in English or Spanish using our normalized standard.

All communications, be it oral or poster, will be published within the conference proceedings in open access format, and with the corresponding ISBN number. A signed publication agreement must be sent prior to publication.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentations will have a maximum duration of 8 minutes. The attached Power Point template must be used.

Presentations should be sent no later than 8th May to [email protected], to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Speakers must be in the room 5 minutes before the start of the thematic session in which they are participating, so they may receive pertinent instructions and check their presentations.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTERS

Posters must be designed following the attached template. The format is A0. Said posters will be displayed in the area where participants take their breaks, and visiting them will be possible at any point during the conference, especially during the coffee breaks.

Conference organisers will be in charge of printing the posters, so please send the file no later than Thursday 27th April.

We kindly request that authors stand near their poster during coffee breaks, so they may answer the questions interested parties may have.
